My two cents to improve this blasphemy is to cook the beans with some sauce until the consistency gets ticket. You can easily develop a simple but delicious sauce.

We go to First Watch regularly. Had the BEC sandwich, Bacon Egg and Cheese. It was flantastic. Judith was a great server and positive.

This was a great find for us while in town for the weekend! The portions are massive, and the food is excellent. We loved the ricotta pancakes and breakfast burrito. Do expect to wait, but you can sometimes sit right away at the communal table. I do wish it had been more clear we could just sit at the communal table and skipped the wait, but we had a great experience here.
