Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

First time visit to this local food chain for breakfast and was really happy with the experience. The staff was very friendly, attentive, and good to deal with. The items I ordered were plated beautifully and really mad e my mouth water. The food was delicious and had great taste. I would not hesitate to visit again!

First Watch is a fantastic breakfast spot! The food was fresh, healthy, and full of flavor — you can tell they use quality ingredients. There are plenty of great options if you want something lighter but still satisfying. The service was excellent too: friendly, fast, and attentive without hovering. The overall vibe was clean, relaxed, and welcoming. Definitely a go-to place for a great breakfast or brunch. Highly recommend!

First Watch was a great find. I love that they offer plenty of healthy options—perfect for families looking for lighter choices. The Purple Haze drink was amazing. My daughter and I chose healthier dishes that we really enjoyed, and my husband’s barbacoa chilaquiles were delicious as well. My only issue was the mushroom slices — they were cut very thick in my wrap and my daughter’s omelette. I love mushrooms, but the large pieces made the texture a bit off for us. Overall, still a solid spot for fresh, tasty breakfast or brunch.
