Second time at First Watch (Waxahachie) and it somehow got even better. From the moment we walked in, the staff had that friendly, upbeat energy that makes brunch feel like a treat instead of a wait. Our server, Evalyn, was especially great - attentive, personable, and on top of everything without ever making us feel rushed. We came in hungry (well… our eyes did 😅), and the food absolutely delivered. What we ordered Sharables • Million Dollar Bacon - exactly as advertised: sweet, savory, and ridiculously good. • Blueberry Lemon Cornbread - soft, bright, and flavorful. We finished it fast. Mains • The Works Omelette - hearty and packed with flavor. • BLT Benedict - a fun twist that totally worked. Great balance, and everything tasted fresh. Everyone at the table (my mom, my girlfriend, and me) had happy plates - no leftovers, no regrets. And don’t skip the drinks: the fresh juices were excellent, and they pair perfectly with the menu. Consistently great food, genuinely welcoming service, and a vibe that makes you want to stay a little longer. We’ll definitely be back.

Nice & knowledgeable staff. Wait time wasn't long for small groups. The food came out in a reasonable time. Variety of food choices. They probaby should clarify that the coffee is a charge instead of complementary. it is misleading to offer coffee when you first sit down then charge at the end. However, i will come back to try other items😄 So far so good!

Had an amazing experience here! The food was delicious and worth the 35-minute wait for a table. The restaurant was spotless, comfortable, and inviting. Our server was incredibly attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. Overall, a fantastic dining experience. I’d definitely return. Highly recommend!
