Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

Went on a Friday night and had a very nice experience! A lot more selections on the menu in the restaurant. As we were looking at the menu the server asked us if we had any questions regarding the food choices in the menu. They were very patient with us. My friend's salad came out quickly and so did our soups. Within 10 minutes our food was served. My friend and I both had sushi and it was delicious! We plan on going back again.

While I would go back, this all-you-can-eat sushi place is just okay. I've had both buffet and made-to-order all-you-can-eat sushi before, so I have a lot to compare it to. This spot isn't an exceptional one, but it's not bad either. A few things could be improved, including the soy sauce, hand rolls, sushi variety, and credit card fee. The soy sauce didn't taste like a high-quality brand, and the ponzu sauce was watered down. The hand rolls were a cigar shape instead of the traditional cone shape, which isn't my preference. I also was disappointed that there was no octopus or squid available on the all-you-can-eat menu, though I was happy to see sashimi included. The cuts of sashimi were small, but since it's all-you-can-eat, you can just order more. The final issue I noticed was the 4% credit card surcharge. This is illegal in New York, and there are legal ways to recover this fee. Please comply with New York State law.

Firudo Asian Food & Bar, it was a fantastic dining experience. The food was authentic and full of flavor, with highlights like the sushi rolls and miso soup. The fish was incredibly fresh, and the sushi was beautifully presented. I also tried their teriyaki chicken, which was tender and perfectly glazed. The atmosphere was modern and stylish, with a relaxed vibe. The service was attentive and friendly, making for a great overall experience
