Fit Lyfe Cafe in and of itself is the epitome of healthy places to eat and drink smoothies. They have the most delicious smoothies and what really caught my eye was their “Add-on” section where one can add creatine or coconut mct to their smoothie along with many other nutrient/supplement options. This Lebanese American establishment makes me feel right at home and I love everything Lebanese so home it is!

I can’t necessarily rate the juice but coming here to find out they don’t open to the public until a certain time was very dissatisfying and misleading! I am NOT from the area as I traveled from the south for a family event and have never been there, so it’s just important for me to have the details especially when I do thorough RESEARCH on the places I visit. It’s just a suggestion that the information is added to future potential visitors and customers!
