Incredible shawarma and falafel!! Everything was fresh, flavorful, and so satisfying. The portions were generous and owners were genuinely kind and welcoming. Can’t recommend this place enough and will absolutely be back next time I pass through Gallup.

Passing through Gallup and found this food truck. Don’t be shy to pull in and check it out. The owners were friendly and generous. Serving sizes are plentiful. The flavors are EVERYTHING! My chicken shawarma was perfect. Best hummus I’ve had. Wish I could have tried more on the menu.

I was just traveling through and decided to give this place a try. I ordered the Beef Fries and it was very delicious. The owners were welcoming and friendly. Would recommend 10/10
