The standout dishes at this airport restaurant are the Black Bean Burger and the Portobello Mushroom French Dip, both of which have been praised for their meaty flavors despite being plant-based. The Yam Fries have also been a surprise hit, with some reviewers preferring them over traditional potato fries. When planning a visit, be aware that this restaurant is located near the B gates at the airport, and it offers both sit-down and quick take-out options. Reservations are not mentioned in the reviews, but it's worth noting that the restaurant is open to serving take-out customers, including those who can request to have their premade items warmed up.

Excerpts

The Black Bean Burger and the Portobello Mushroom French Dip were both delicious. Even without beef, they tasted meaty. The French Dip had Swiss cheese melted just right, and the dip it came with wasn’t too salty and really complemented the sandwich. The Yam Fries were surprisingly good, even better than potato fries at some places. The garden aioli sauce was great as well, though I’m not sure if it’s made in-house. The wait was between 15-20 minutes, so keep that in mind if you’re in a rush. It was a 10-minute walk from our gate, but the reviews were really good, so I’m glad we found the time to stop here.

Fantastic! I am not normally one to eat at an airport but the menu here is great and the service is no different than you’ll get at cafe flora. Even the prices are very agreeable for an airport in one of the most expensive cities in the country. Very attentive, friendly, and warm waitstaff. And everything was sooo good and fresh! Even if you just stop by for a latte, it’s really the go-to cafe at SEA. And then you aren’t supporting the other coffee shops which are morally questionable and not that great : ) Also, they fry with canola oil.

It a restaurant near B gates(Delta) with options for both sitting and quick take outs. I got the simple egg sandwich for take out. It’s premade but you can ask them to warm it up.
