This is an amazing restaurant! They don’t take reservations, but we were seated at the bar immediately with no wait, and service was friendly and fast the entire night. We started with the Caesar salad, which had good flavor, but I did wish the croutons were a bit crunchier (they were pretty chewy). From then on they knocked everything out of the park. The Amalfitana (a gin sour with olive oil and basil) is a truly exceptional cocktail, and Tom said his espresso martini was the best one he has ever had. My antipasto pizza (prosciutto, arugula, and burrata) was excellent, and the carbonara pizza with cacio e pepe cream is one of the best pizzas I have ever had. Flavor explosion! To top it off, the Tortino (white chocolate pistachio lava cake) is now in my dessert hall of fame. I love a lava cake, and the flavor combination of this one was unique but still delicious. A+ meal!

We are fortunate to live nearby and Flour House is our perennial favorite! After a recent visit to Southern Italy, I can honestly say the bread and pizza at Flour House exceeded my Italian culinary experiences! Whether the pane or the pizza, the dough is pure perfection! The food, drinks, and service are consistently outstanding and I simply cannot speak highly enough about this restaurant.

I love this place! Every time we visit the Central Coast, we make sure to stop in. Their pane is excellent, especially with a side of marinara for dipping, and the pizzas are amazing. The staff is always friendly and welcoming.
