We used to get masala dosa from flying idlis pretty often and it used to be good but this time it was very much below average. Sambar tasted like plain dal with absolutely no taste. Not sure if the chef changed but the food has no flavor anymore.

I recently tried Bene masala Dosa and paired it with their chai, and it turned out to be an amazing experience. I went with the chef’s recommendation (asked to make it spicy dosa) and I’m so glad I did — it was honestly one of the best dosas I’ve ever had. The flavors were perfectly balanced, the spice level was just right, and every bite felt authentic and satisfying. The chai complemented the dosa beautifully, making it a complete and comforting meal. Highly recommended for anyone craving delicious South Indian flavors!
