It is always a great place to eat. Anytime is a good time to get a bite here. The food is local, made with love, has amazing flavors and options, as well as it is always fresh and the healthiest option around. The cafe food is sourced from local farms. The grocery store below has amazing produce, meat, grain, and refrigerated options in the area. All organic. All for a great price. Always helped by smiling and helpful staff. Yes it is finally open! And so worth the wait! I luckily stopped by the coop today and received the fantastic surprise that the Foodshed Cafe has opened! The atmosphere is warm and welcoming. You can literally feel the love that went into making this gem a reality! I ordered the new pork burrito. The flavor was all there along with great presentation. There is seating offered inside upstairs & downstairs has seating up or downstairs. I might say run to check this new addition out. But it would make so much better sense to enjoy a walk to the Foodshed Cafe for a fantastic meal or just a cafe beverage. **for those who might have trouble with the stairs they do have a elevator available too!

Delicious food in a fun friendly healthy environment! Rock-star employee ARGLYE gave me permission to take and post photos. My "build your own bowl" is simply DELIGHTFUL. If you live in Reno, please join the co-op that Foodshed is part of. Downstairs there is a grocery store (also part of a co-op.) I will post a separate (glowing!) review under the name of the grocery store.
