One of the best dining experiences you can have in East Tennessee, and really in the southeast. Delicious food great service and lots of good cocktails. Our party had steaks and grouper and everyone loved their meal. My steak was cooked perfectly and I really didn’t even need a knife to cut through it. There are so many delectable sides and compliments to the proteins that really make it special and a delicious place to eat. If you’re anywhere around Knoxville or East Tennessee I would recommend getting in this place if you can

Great Restaurant and Service. Wide selection of wine, drinks and food. Didn't give it a 5 stars on food because my main dish didn't feel fresh almost like it was sitting to long to be put out. I did wait a bit for the main course but could of just been a busy night for them. I definitely will give it another try, the appetizers where great. One thing tho make reservations on the weekend (nights) cause I waited about an hour or more to be sited. Worth the try nevertheless 👍

Had an amazing meal and impeccable service at Foothills Milling. We celebrated my husband’s birthday there and could not have asked for a better experience. The service was top notch, our courses were perfectly spaced out and the atmosphere was great. This is how fine dining should be. I have nothing but positive things to say about our meal there.
