50 minutes. 2 items. Placed an online order for a wrap and a bowl. Showed up about 20 minutes after order, to have them start on the order. Stand in the pickup area for another 30 minutes. Told at 15 minutes 'the press isn't heated up' (11:00a - lunch service). Watched 3 wrap orders get served to eat-in patrons. Asked staff multiple times about the order with different excuses, eventually being ignored. Food is decent - it's a great option to have in town, but never again with that level of service. Wasted my entire lunch hour waiting.

Recently visited this establishment and was pleasantly impressed. The staff were very professional, warm and welcoming, and extremely helpful and patient with the customers. As someone new to the area, they took the time to talk me through the options, make recommendations, and help me with my order every step up the way. The food was superb. This was the best tasting salad I’ve had in at least the last five years if not longer. All the ingredients were fresh, colorful, and tasty. I did the create your own option with half lettuce and half mixed greens. I then topped it with carrots, cucumbers, and corn, followed by parmesan cheese, croutons, and chicken. This was all mixed with a salsa roja dressing. (There are many many many more options to include in your salad. This is just what I chose). The food was very reasonably priced and well worth the cost. There is plenty of seating, including some by large windows allowing you to look and see what is happening outside. This is a must visit if you’re in the area! Do not regret missing out on this amazing food.
