Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

Great tasting food and bread with the dip they provide! I got the shrimp paste with mushroom and stuffed mushrooms as a appetizer. The food was delicious beyond words! Other then that the place was empty which isn't bad no wait to get a table we just had to wait for someone to notice us waiting to be seated. That a side its a must try Italian restaurant, you won't be disappointed!

Delicious Food We had the spinach artichoke dip for an appetizer which had plenty of sauce for dipping. Ce out bubbling hot. Husband had tossed salad with Caesar dressing (tastes homemade and delicious) and the side meatballs which were moist with lots of sauce. I had the sampler with lasagna, manicotti and ravioli. Hot and flavorful. The knot rolls and dipping oil was really good also. Not a lot of garlic in any of it which is good. I would definitely go there again. Place was clean and the waitress was very friendly.

This is a culmination of our last few experiences as we came back to give them a fair second chance. To begin with, we've been fans of this establishment when they first opened. In the beginning the food, service, and atmosphere was top notch. Recently my wife and I stopped in like we often do. I ordered a Franks salad and she got the tortellini alla panna. Her dish was satisfactory. I tried to put the oil/ vinegar dressing on my salad, and the vinegar was having issues coming out of the dispenser. I opened it up and a black sludge came out with the nozzle. They replaced the vinegar and I finished my meal. We tried them again tonight, hoping to give them a second chance. The wife got the soup and Caesar salad and I got the Franks salad again. The vinegar was solidified in the bottle and it smelled off. I had the server to replace it for me... The wife was less than impressed with the tomato, basil soup. It was bland and watery. Her Caesar salad was a house salad instead. She picked over her food for about 10 minutes. At which point I still hadn't gotten my vinegar dressing. When it finally arrived, I had made up my mind I wasn't hungry any longer. She ate half of her food. I didn't even touch my salad. I paid for the meal and made up my mind I won't be back. Sorry Franks...I'm sure Antony would be displeased.
