Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

Perfect for a romantic dinner (it was like you had The warm flow of a candlelight but there wasn't any candles) or just a night (We went for a birthday dinner ). They have an open kitchen that you can watch or sit around the corner and enjoy. Large window to see outside. Great selection of food. The calamari was outstanding (cooked to perfection) and the rack of lamb superb! The dessert presentation was beautiful and they explained each one to you. They make you feel important and your water glass is always full. I will be returning.

A dinner to be sought after if you find yourself in a fine-dining mood. Scott Fraser has created a wonderful space in Oak Harbor for a meal. The open kitchen, the atmosphere, and the menu, mesh together like clockwork. There are very few establishments that come close to what’s offered here. The cooks are on point. The hostesses are kind and attentive. The food is exceptional. My only gripe would be that a lot of their sides are pickled. Other than that it’s a grand place to eat with your lady. Cheers! Items of note on the menu: Beef Tenderloin Rack of lamb Wine that should be in constant supply, please: Col Solare Cabernet

Food was amazing, service was bad. I ordered medium rare, it came out like black and blue. Easy fix, I would have just asked for it to be cooked up to temp, but our server just did not come back to our table. This entire evening she barely came to our table and we watched her to up to the expo line and sit there for minutes at a time just talking to whoever else was up there. When she dropped off my steak I immediately cut into it and it wasn’t right, I stopped eating and then tried to get her attention. She would not even glance our direction. Since she took a very long time getting back to our table, everyone else was already done with their food. I just asked for it to be taken off the bill since I didn’t eat any of it. Mind you, she took 20-25 minutes to even look at our table. She had a serious attitude, never expressed any concern or apologies. This is an expensive restaurant, i won’t be coming back as I don’t think it’s worth the price point if the service won’t match it. The food really was great though. Would have loved to eat that steak
