I am a frequent customer and had never had such a negative experience before. The employee who served me showed a very poor attitude and lack of attention while assembling the bowls, even becoming annoyed when I corrected a mistake in my order. The most serious issue. and the main reason for this review. was a significant food safety and hygiene concern. After making an error, the employee removed sweet potatoes from a bowl that had already been served, which contained chicken, sesame seeds, and a sweet/spicy sauce, and returned the food directly to the shared display tray. From a food safety standpoint, this is a clear case of cross-contamination, as the food had already come into contact with proteins and potential allergens before being reintroduced into service. This practice is completely unacceptable in a food establishment and poses a real risk to customers with food allergies, potentially leading to severe or life-threatening reactions. To make matters worse, I was charged for a side that was not included in my bowl. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I strongly hope management urgently reinforces proper food safety protocols, hygiene standards, and staff training.

Love the garlic sticky chicken market table as I'm always a fan of the sweet potatoes and brussel sprouts. Quality as good as Dig and better on some items. Great cauliflower rice or wild rice choices. Love the buffalo chicken wrap. The homemade hot sauce is great as is the hummus. Not sure why anyone would complain on portion sizes while prices are slightly higher than typical quality is solid and portions always fair to generous. The staff are inviting and never rush you. Always accommodating and always wearing fresh gloves is great to see too. My only issue was parking as there's often no street parking at Atlantic Station so today I went into garage seeing signs everywhere "ask business to validate". The elevator was out of service then the stairs lead you to a maze and then the door is locked to Fresh & Co so you have to go outside to enter. Plus, after seeing all the reserved spots for businesses I figured no issues but per the staff Fresh & Co doesn't validate so to grab to go dinner you must pay for parking and to be honest it's only $2 but for a 10 minute stop that's disappointing and will make me think 💬 Dig may be a better choice going forward. Hopefully the franchise owner will realize this will cost them some business as clearly the other businesses have reserved parking and do validate.

Fresh & Co in Stamford has become a go-to lunch spot for my team. The food is consistently great — fresh, flavorful, and with plenty of healthy options that actually taste good. It’s also incredibly convenient for us. It’s quick, walkable from the office, and perfect when we need something reliable without taking too much time out of the workday. The ordering process is seamless, especially with their app, which makes it easy to order ahead and pick up without waiting. Overall, it’s the ideal weekday lunch spot — quality food, fast service, and super convenient. Our team loves it.
