Amazing food that's freshly prepared, not heavy, but extremely flavorful. You have your bowl made by choosing exactly what you want and how much you want, with options for add-ons. The environment is not overstimulating, the staff is friendly and helpful, making this a great option for quick food that isn't fast food. We will definitely be visiting again. Love Fresh Kitchen! It was a happy day hearing one was coming to Lakeland. Their whole idea is serving food more “fresh” and healthy. It does taste like real, whole and yummy food. I always enjoy whatever I end up getting here, and have tried a lot of different combos. It’s a big fan favorite at my office, they order FK probably several times a month (at least) for lunch. The one bad thing is the parking situation. This place is almost always crazy busy, because it’s good, so the parking is always lacking and never easy to navigate. But you can do an online order so you can pick up and go. There’s also some nice outdoor seating.
