We recently tried Fronimo’s in downtown Canton and had a great experience. The place was busy, so service was a little slow, but honestly, it gave us more time to relax and enjoy the evening. The menu had a solid selection! We started with the fried green tomatoes, which were a bit more on the “fried” side than the tomato flavor coming through, but still very tasty and I’d order them again. I had the scallop special with rice pilaf, and they were hands down the most tender scallops I’ve had in years. My wife had the pork cutlets, which were excellent. Between the atmosphere, food, and friendly staff, we left full and happy—no leftovers here!

I recently visited Fromino’s Downtown, and I was blown away. From the moment you walk in, you notice how nice and clean the atmosphere is—it’s a great spot for a meal. The food was truly out of this world. I ordered the steak, and it was cooked to absolute perfection. Often, sides are an afterthought, but here, they were just as amazing as the main course! We even saved room for dessert, and I’m so glad we did because they were fantastic. Top-notch quality and great service. I will definitely be back soon!

We wanted to frequent a local restaurant and decided to go to Fronimo's. The food for the most part was very good with one major exeception. It is small and cozy which caused a lot of bumping into people as you manuever around. There is only one door coming in and it was very cold so this caused it to be a bit unpleasant. They only have high top tables, which most people are Ok with but we are not good with a high top table. I would suggest offering some low top tables. High top tables can be VERY uncomfortable. Our server was excellent. She was very attentive and thorough. We got scallops for an appetizer, 3 very small bited sized for $27, a tad bit much, actually a whole bit much. It took a very long time to get them. They were not very busy at the time. They were good, however... Ordered a pork chop medium and it came out more than well done. Seasoning was great but I could barely cut it. It took a monumental effort to cut it. Received the check and it of course had the 3.5% surcharge for credit cards, which I never agree with especially with prices that high, bury it in the price for goodness sake, why alienate customers because "everyone does it". Nobody used to do it. Also, the tip suggestion started at 22%, really! The establishment may believe these are all things every one does, however, they are major reasons why people come back or don't and we won't be back. Was it worth $150, I would say no.
