Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

First time, and it was great! Huge portions of quality food. Everything was very fresh and the homemade salsas were delicious. Reasonable prices considering the quality and portions. Thank you Elizabeth for your very friendly and warm service and hospitality. Looking forward to coming back and trying their famous breakfast!

Found this spot while I was biking on the centennial trail, it's just about 5 minutes up a little hill. I got the strawberry lemonade, which had fresh strawberries and although refreshing, it was a bit too sweet for me. It was a hot day so I just added ice water to it and it was perfect. They immediately give you a complimentary basket of chips and salsa. The chips were good and the salsa was a bit spicy and on the tangy side. Ordered the fried taquitos with chicken. They were good but they seemed more like a chimichanga to me. I usually get these with fried corn tortillas and these were flour. Anyway, not bad. They came with lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream and guacamole. I ate it like a salad and I enjoyed it. Great customer service. I'll try to stop by it next time I'm on that trail.

Pretty solid, little to no wait to be seated and the atmosphere was comfy without being too relaxed. I got the macho burrito which was excellent, but the carne asada inside felt a little Philly-cheesesteak ish, if that makes sense. My wife got a Fajita tray and the vegetables were kinda wet and crunchy still, less grilled and flavorful. I’ll come back to try the breakfast but it’s a solid mex spot in the middle of hypnotic Caucasian suburban
