Everytime I come here and Luisa takes my order she always has an Amazing attitude. She’s very knowledgeable about the prices and the things that are going on in the restaurant. I appreciate the kindness and the vibe that she brings to you all establishment. She deserves a raise 🙌🏾🙏🏾😊

The food was very good can't complain. BUT.... service is horrible. I called to order a ROSCA DE TACOS.. I had to call twice because the first time they hung up on me like they didnt know what I was talking about.. they literally have flyers for it. I called again and the girl said she was putting me on hold so someone else could take my call because again she didnt know what the heck I was talking about. Finally my ordered got placed okay cool. The day came we got the tacos and no baby in the tacos. I called and they said because it was only the day off..(I ordered for Saturday Jan 10) okay why didnt they mentioned that? False propaganda. They knew if they had mentioned that I would have never ordered so they just wanted the money. They didnt even offer a solution to the problem. Stay away.

I gave Fuerte Restaurant two chances, and both were disappointing. The first time I ordered a torta plain, but it came with toppings anyway, and the meat was extremely hard and chewy. I figured maybe it was just a bad day, so I tried again. The second time was even worse. I ordered another torta and the meat was raw, completely unseasoned, and not even breaded the way it’s supposed to be. Totally unacceptable and unsafe to serve. After two bad experiences, I won’t be coming back. Quality and consistency are clearly an issue here. Plus the wait time is ridiculous
