Fujiyama

So, my scallions for my beef Negimaki were burned to a crisp, I ordered through door dash 2/11/2026, around 1:18pm. I tried to contact door dash, they only gave me $5 credit towards my next order. The shumai $7.50 for 6 pieces, no matter if it is the fried or steamed are the size of a popcorn chicken piece or a nugget maybe, I've never had them so small, they definitely were delicious, I must say so. I was very upset that the middle of my food was burned, I thought it was the sauce so I wiped with my finger, and nope they were definitely burned. My rating is for the service, the preparer knew they burned them, you can taste it as well but still sent them out.

I can't say enough about this restaurant! Authentic, fresh, polite, clean, and overall great! Anytime we go to Nashville, we always stop by Fujiyama for lunch or diner. We actually stopped by today for lunch and wasn't disappointed(as always). Peppered tuna tataki, mahuri hot sexy roll, and be sexy roll for my wife. They are always very nice and want to help you get what you want, but never rush you through the process. They have always told us to take are time, but have never waited very long for our food to get to the table.

I dont ever write reviews unless it’s worth it, im traveling for work and wanted something quick but stumbled across this place. Holy shit, the best sushi I’ve ever had. Rolls are huge and made on the spot. Got all my food in under 15 minutes fresh. 10/10 must go spot.
