Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

I've loved this place for years, but recently I've fallen even MORE in love with this place. We had 2 birthday celebrations recently and on both, they were so sweet and fun! The food is always good, but the vibes were through the roof! They gave us dessert and sang and laughed with us. It was awesome. So give them a try! And don't be shy! 😁

Fuku Japanese Steakhouse The protein bar I ate afterward was better than the beef ramen, which tasted like strained noodles with no flavor. We arrived and were seated quickly in a welcoming atmosphere—but that’s where the good experience ended. We ordered seared gyoza, shrimp tempura, beef ramen, a sushi roll, and a poke bowl. The gyoza was just okay. The tempura was rubbery, heavily over-breaded, and the sauce couldn’t soak in. The plum wine was great. The ramen came out first and was extremely bland. I mixed it, tried it again, and had my wife and friend taste it—they confirmed it lacked flavor. The poke bowl took another 10 minutes to arrive. I asked to order something else and was told the manager would come out, but instead we waited again. My wife’s sushi roll was good, but despite asking for extra ginger, none arrived until we flagged down another server after a long wait. When the manager finally showed up, his tone was belittling and rude, which completely ended any desire to continue the meal. Slow service, poor communication, inconsistent food quality, and an unprofessional management response made this a frustrating experience. Unfortunately, not a place I would return to or recommend.
