Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

I had a pretty good experience at Fuong’s Kitchen overall. The service was quick, which I really appreciated, and the portions were huge, definitely a big plus for the price. I ordered the teriyaki chicken platter, and the flavor was delicious — the sauce was spot on. My only downside with that dish was that there wasn’t a whole lot of chicken included compared to the amount of rice. I also got the chicken fried rice. While the portion was generous, it tasted more like warmed-up rice with butter than freshly fried rice, so I ended up refrying it at home to give it more flavor and texture. Overall, the food was tasty, filling, and the service was fast. With a little more attention to consistency and balance in the dishes, it could easily be even better. I’d still come back, especially for the teriyaki chicken.

This food truck and team is absolutely one of the best places in America, The portions are amazing for the money, which isn't much in today's world! $9.50 for entree's and $5.75 for most appetizers, you can't go wrong! The freshest juiciest most tender roast pork in the entire United States! Freshest of veggies! they'll also adjust dishes to order and will remember your order from your first visit! They have noodle bowls, Rice dishes, Vietnamese sandwiches and much more! I highly advise anyone in or traveling through Klamath Falls to stop and appreciate what Fuongs has to offer! Disclaimer: I ate half the box before taking the photo! P.S. They make their own Soy sauce and grow the peppers to spice things up!

Perfectly seasoned and flavorful food that was light. Our fried dishes were not greasy at all, which makes a perfect meal when it's hot. Pictured is the tofu noodle and Chinese bbq pork fried rice. $18 total - great value. Spicy side sauce is good too. Great service and the workers are very kind.
