Fusion Japanese & Thai

I visited with a party of four and, since it was my first time, ordered more than I probably should have. The server was kind enough to move us to a larger table, and the food came out in a timely manner. The place is clean and well kept, but not very spacious. The mango sticky rice wasn’t overly sweet, which I liked, but the mango wasn’t quite ripe and didn’t complement the dish well. The tofu lacked seasoning and wasn’t fried to my preference, though the sauce was excellent. The calamari was good but became a bit soggy from the sauce. The sauces they served with their dishes are amazing! I highly recommend the shrimp tempura—it was perfectly crunchy. The scallops and chicken hibachi were well seasoned, and the filet mignon hibachi was tender and flavorful. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I’d return to try more dishes.

Everything was amazing. Kyle was my server and was on top of the entire presentation. The Angel Cheese Rolls were amazing. The hibachi was great as well. The ginger dressing was way above average. The soup was hot and great as well. Make sure if you are in the area to check it out. Going back tomorrow for sushi and soup.

The Calamari was absolutely wonderful. I had the medium and it was the perfect amount of heat! The Seafood platter was so stunning, packed with flavor in every bite. The Krusty Crab roll was beautifully plated. The eel sauce was a little different than I've had at other places, but still good. Server was absolutely wonderful and was very helpful. Perfect spot for a date night, or just a nice dinner. Hidden gem!
