The staff was friendly, professional, and attentive, making the event run smoothly. The food was delicious, and the prices were very reasonable — we couldn’t have asked for better service on such a special occasion. A day or two later, we visited the restaurant itself to enjoy their food again. The atmosphere was decent, and once again, the staff was welcoming. I ordered the lamb gyro, and it was fantastic! We’ll gladly return, and I would absolutely use them again for another event if the opportunity arises.

Heard about this place having a real build your own salad bar. We had to check it out. The salad bar was fresh and stacked with all the good stuff. My wife really loved the soup. I had an Italian sandwich that was delicious! Will be back -

Most places now offer sad little side salad stations or entree add-ons with limited options, but Galaxy Gourmet in Longview is the real deal! After reading great reviews online, my husband and I made the 45-minute drive from the Oregon coast, and it was absolutely worth it. The restaurant is located in charming downtown Longview – I've passed it countless times without noticing this unassuming little gem! From the moment we walked in, Carly(K?) made us feel welcome. She seated us, took our drink orders, and invited me to dive into the salad bar. The selection is phenomenal! So many fresh, colorful options, all properly chilled and beautifully presented. And here's what really impressed me: they offer generous-sized plates (not those tiny dessert saucers most places provide). Let's just say I filled mine enthusiastically and regret nothing! 😁🥗 The ranch dressing is out of this world! 🚀🌌 There's also a soup bar, breads, and plenty of dressing varieties. My salad was absolutely delicious and satisfying. My husband had both a salad and a sandwich – his sandwich was beautiful and he loved it. Carly checked on us at just the right intervals for refills, and her genuine friendliness with all the customers was heartwarming. You can see that everyone loves her, and it's easy to see why. She made us feel so comfortable. Galaxy Gourmet has become our new go-to spot. It's priced right for the times, the food is fresh and delicious, and the atmosphere is friendly, cozy, and casual. We'll definitely be back again and again.
