Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

I snagged a traditional gyro before a flight, and was pleasantly surprised. Solid value for a quality product. They loaded it up, and it tasted great. Pro-tip: I asked for a little of the spicy red sauce to the top which turned out was an excellent addition flavor wise. The employee that helped me was super friendly, and they were not very busy at all on a Tuesday afternoon.

Tried the Garbanzo Mediterranean Fresh breakfast burrito and honestly, it’s like a regular burrito decided to take a semester abroad. Eggs, potatoes, and all the usual suspects—then boom, Mediterranean flair shows up like it owns the place. It’s surprisingly solid for something that sounds like a cultural experiment. Warm, flavorful, and didn’t fall apart halfway through eating it (a rare win). Would I drive across town for it? Probably not. But if I’m nearby, I’m grabbing another one and pretending I’m starting my day somewhere along the Aegean.

I’m so glad I saw this place on my way to my connecting flight! I’ve been craving Greek/Mediterranean food the last couple days so I made a beeline for this place as soon as I saw it and I am so glad I did. The gyro was so good and hit the spot. I just got a traditional gyro with fluffy warm pita, tender gyro, and they did not skimp on the tzatziki, which I was really happy about! Just look at how they loaded this thing up. Anyways, it’s super hard to find good tasting, affordable, and healthier food at airports but this place hit all my needs, now I just need a Garbanzo location near where I live!!
