Gathering Grounds Coffee House

Friday, 8/22/25, stopped here on our way from Ashland to Portland. Excellent cafe with many filling & delicious vegan options. We ordered the breakfast scramble burrito, which had great flavor and was especially tasty, since they grill it on the panini press. Coconut raspberry coffee cake was super yummy warmed up with a bit of Earth Balance, and we devoured it before we could take pics. Lemon strawberry danish and panini with a generous portion of chips were delicious as well. The two young women behind the counter were extremely helpful and friendly, which made our meal even better. I can't say enough positive things about these two and how pleasant and kind they were, as we have been traveling for a few days, and that certainly hasn't always been the case. Great atmosphere, nice mellow music, spotless bathroom. Thank you to the owners of this great little restaurant. We will be back!

Great little coffee shop in old section of Roseburg. I didn't get any food at my visit, but options very appealing! I have had regular drip and a latte and both coffee items were excellent. Highly recommend if you are tired of chain java on your I-5 travels!
