Gio’s Flying Pizza & Pasta is a local favorite of mine and my girlfriends. The bread and oils here are absolutely A+. It’s hard to walk away not feeling like a stuffed cannoli because of all the delicious bread products. The Gator eggs are a mixture of Mac & cheese ball & seafood crab stuffing that is well fried. I wanted something “lighter” and got the meatball panini. The meat is well seasoned and as I mentioned above the bread is an absolute masterclass on the panini. Personally, I’d like a little more meat but the mix of meats and cheeses was very nice. The salads are all well made and my girlfriend loved the potato soup. The staff is attentive and polite.

My family and I love the food and family owned feeling you get here. Everything is always made fresh and definitely worth the wait when they are busy! We’ve been coming here for years and highly recommend :)

Atmosphere is welcoming and great, I personally feel as if it could go for more Italian theme, but it's still plenty to enjoy. The baked ziti was a treat to enjoy, but could probably go for a bit more flavor to savor (maybe like garlic or onion, something to really bring out the taste) and the BBQ pizza is just enough to make your taste buds happy and feel like a meal. I love this place and hope to try out more things!
