I need to personally recognize KENNY because what we experienced was not just service… it was a MASTERCLASS. This man did not simply “wait tables.” He orchestrated the entire buffet like a five-star symphony conductor. Moving tables so our group could sit comfortably? Already done. High chairs appearing before we even finished asking? Magic. Drinks? Never empty. Not once. I blinked and they were refilled. Plates? Cleared so fast I started wondering if he had teleportation powers. At a buffet where it’s easy for service to be average Kenny somehow made it feel like VIP, white glove treatment. He anticipated needs before we even voiced them. He was quick, efficient, polite, and somehow still calm while juggling what felt like 47 things at once. You could tell he takes pride in what he does, and it shows in every detail. Kenny didn’t just go above and beyond. He left “above and beyond” in the dust.
