You've heard the phrase that food can be so good it'll make you "slap your momma". Well if my momma was here i wouldn't slap her but if YOUR momma was here, I'd slap her. The oxtail, yellow rice, cabbage and the spicy beef patty would be worth the jail time. Quick service. This is not a sit-down place but if you wanted to sit and eat, you could. There are only a few tables tho, like four in the small seating area. This is in a strip mall, so there is plenty of parking around the vicinity of the restaurant.

This is a small place that emphasizes food and not the ambiance of the restaurant. I didn't notice any seating, but a decent amount of selection. The server was very polite and oddly weighed out the portion, before adding it to my tray. This would suggest that there have been issues with portion quantity . Can't say for certain. The food was tasty and enjoyable, but certainly not the best Jamaican food ive had. PRICEY , so be prepared. Overall, keep in mind its not bad, there is better, take out only, and pricey for the food. Just an honest review for the consumer, remember,...you might get my good money once, but never twice

On 1/13, I had oxtails, rice and peas, cabbage, plantains, and red velvet cake. I was initially taken back by the price, but I know the cost of oxtails are increasing. The entire meal was chef's kiss, worth every dollar! Fresh, hot, and nicely spiced. Definitely going back for more!
