I waited another 3–5 minutes, followed up again, and still received no response. When I saw that my missing item was already ready, the staff chose to serve another customer first. My order was just sitting there even though I had been waiting for so long. I had to ask for it again, and once more, no apology. The food was absolutely delicious! It was packed with so much flavor and I loved the Berry Berry smoothie! The staff were also super friendly and welcoming which made my experience so great. I’m definitely coming back again next weekend!
