A fantastic new contender has arrived on the Mexican cuisine scene, taking the space formerly occupied by Cilantro. Good bites is a new restaurant that opened recently opposite WalMart We visited tonight and were thoroughly impressed. While the decor is unpretentious and simple, the restaurant immediately compensates with truly exceptional service, dedicated attention, and outstanding food. Our server, Leslie, was a highlight of the evening—she was incredibly attentive and offered thoughtful recommendations for both cocktails and dinner. I enjoyed a remarkably refreshing Mezcal with coke and lime, while my wife loved her Tamarind cocktail, noting its perfect balance of sweet and spicy thanks to the Tajín rim. The food itself was uniformly excellent. I had the a Chorizo Torta which was excellent. They catered to my wife's vegetarian preference and she was happy with her choice. Leslie's dedication to making our experience great ensures we'll be returning soon."
