I am a vegetarian for more than 30 years and truly appreciate vegan and vegetarian restaurants. I was a bit disappointed by the menu that focuses on meat replacements with beyond burgers being the main offering. That said, the rodeo burger was delicious, moist, and featuring layered textures and flavors. Probably the best surrogate meat burger I ever had. The side of fries were plentiful and good. The tempeh appetizer is best enjoyed with a spicy sauce and the slightly sour, fermented taste can be overwhelming after a few very tasty pieces, please share. the place is a bit cavernous and with exception of the fun, quirky bar, of the most simple interior design. 5 stars because it was good but I had hoped for some more adventurous dishes.

Great service. Nice atmosphere. too pricey. large portions. The gnochhi and kitchen fried rice tasted very good, but after a few bites, it can get tiring because it's very saucy. The crab cakes were amazing. Overall worth a try but best to share a plate.

Good Intentions is the kind of place you could bring a devout carnivore and they would never know it was vegan. We started with the tempeh fritters. I highly reccomend getting the buffalo, mustard, and bbq sauce on the side for a small extra fee and then dipping. I could have eaten about 3 more plates of tempeh this way. Although they were out of the crab cakes, which I was dying to try, it wasn’t missed too much. I got the seasonal gnocchi. I was pleased with the portion and generous helping of vegan cheese that melted and stretched just like the real thing. The service was comfortably paced. We weren’t rushed and the atmosphere was delightful. I highly recommend this restaurant to vegans and non vegans alike. It will knock your preconceived notions of vegan food out of the park!
