Gourmando

First, in case you were wondering, for sure I was, Gourmando and Prospect Gourmand are one same restaurant. They used not to be, and the owner will tell you the story if you ask. They are one restaurant with one menu and so the excellent reviews and images you see apply to either for the past couple of years. That said, it was a wonderful surprise. Excellent food, great happy hour deals, and super friendly service in an area which let’s face it is not known for any of those. Def looking forward to go back!

Every bite was packed with rich flavors. It was happy hour so we tried the Brussel sprouts, slider, and fish taco and oh my goodness we were pleasantly impressed. Our server Chancy was attentive and kind. We had a great experience at Gourmando. We’re definitely going back. I highly recommend.

We stopped in after a movie and shared an appetizer and steak frites. I am not exaggerating when I say these are the best french fries I’ve ever had! The service was perfect, the ambience was lovely, and the food was delicious. Everything about our dinner was perfect! Highly recommended!
