Tried Grain & Berry and ordered the Romaine Attraction wrap. The wrap was good, fresh and tasty, though it felt a little overdressed. Service was okay but could be better. I wasn’t greeted until another customer walked in after me, even though the restaurant was empty at the time. The employee behind the counter didn’t let me know he’d be with me shortly. He continued his task and eventually came to the register without saying anything. When ordering, I was automatically given chips as my side without being asked what I wanted, and I didn’t realize there were other options until I later checked the menu online. Food has potential, but a little more attentiveness and communication would improve the experience.
