The sandwich shop is quite popular and always busy, which can make for a hectic atmosphere, especially during peak hours. Despite the rush, the sandwiches themselves are tasty and well-prepared but lacking that much of the cheese in my grilled cheese (I expected more cheese). The salads are amazing especially the Grilled Pair Salad! The standout item, however, is the tomato soup—rich, flavorful, and perfectly seasoned. It's the perfect complement to the sandwiches and almost worth the visit on its own. However, the popularity means sometimes a challenge finding a seat but the food was quite fast. If you don’t mind the crowd, the food is worth it!

I ordered a caprese sandwich. Caprese is mozzarella, tomatoes, and basil. The basil is almost non existent in this sandwich. I basically got a mozzarella sandwich. There were only two slices of tomatoes. Oh and the cheap paper the sandwich was wrapped in got super stuck to the cheese and I had to pick all around the sandwich. The person I got lunch with has a more basil flavor on their Chicken Bacon sandwich than my Caprese. The vibe was as if all the staff had just been scolded by their parents. Very weird and bummer vibe. All in all a waste of my money. I had tried Graze years ago and was disappointed. They are still disappointing. Darn
