Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

Pleasantly surprised. The service was warm and knowledgeable. The atmosphere was beautiful and relaxed. We had the butter board and the smoked board. While the food was not the most interesting of choices, there was plenty for 2 people and the included fruit were really good quality. The smoked plate was beautifully presented but would have liked some smoked meats and cheese. Very nice selection of drinks, cocktails and wine. They were out of beer and cider that night.

Sustainably sourced pure PNW flavor. I've never seen somewhere take the flavors of this region and combine them so creatively and deliciously. The vibe is amazing too, great place to have a conversation or date. The cocktails are FANTASTIC too

Really wanted to love this place, and while things are plated beautifully they didn’t quite hit the mark in other ways. We felt $40 for a charcuterie board with deli-quality Black Forest ham, 6 slices of salami/crackers wasn’t quite worth it. We make boards at home and wanted to have an elevated experience but didn’t get what we were hoping for. The server was also interesting. Handling our straws raw after holding menus, and being delivered dirty silverware isn’t the best. We felt the ambiance was great, but warning for those who don’t like dead animals: there were pelts/bones of animals around the place which was even a bit off putting for us and we usually wouldn’t mind. But eating with a pelt of a dead animal 1 foot from your head isn’t necessarily appetizing. Drinks were great!
