Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

This is a great place to eat, the food was delicious and the service was great. Atmosphere is great, too, as you can hold conversations and not feel like you have to yell over other people or the music. We went on Valentine’s Day and were immediately seated with no wait. Our food came out in great time. We got the baked feta and were able to do half pita and half veggies as a gluten free alternative for me. My husbands steak and lobster was perfect, and so were my stuffed peppers. Overall, we will be coming back! Plus the owner was so nice, walking around and making suggestions on what was good off the menu.

We had a wonderful lunch at the Greek Tavern today. The pizza is very good and the gyro was great. Very attentive and friendly service. The place is very large. Parking can be tough when it’s busy but it’s worth a short walk. The baklava was awesome as well.

A Must-Try Authentic Greek Feast at Greek Tavern! (5/5 Stars) My husband and I recently enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Greek Tavern, and we were thoroughly impressed! From the appetizers to the main courses, everything was served in generous portions and the quality was truly amazing. 🍽️ The Food Highlights To start, the Shrimp Bisque was rich, creamy, and flavorful—a perfect appetizer to whet our appetites. For the main courses, we indulged in the following: • My Dish (3-Course Skewers): I ordered the platter featuring lamb, beef, pork, and grilled chicken. Every piece of meat was incredibly tender and perfectly seasoned, a testament to their grilling expertise. The lemon potatoes served alongside were crispy on the outside and wonderfully moist and tangy on the inside. • Husband's Dish (Chicken Skewers): My husband's Chicken Skewers were equally succulent. Paired with the flavorful lemon rice and a fresh, crisp Greek Salad, it made for a well-rounded and delightful meal. Both of our main dishes were accompanied by warm, fluffy pita bread and the traditional Greek sauce (tzatziki), which was clearly homemade and refreshingly cool. ✨ Overall Impression If you are looking for authentic Greek cuisine with huge, satisfying portions and top-notch ingredient quality, Greek Tavern is the place to go. You definitely get great value for your money oh and the Baklava is a must ! Our waiter was extremely friendly, friendly and courteous
