I had the Bliss Bowl and the Green Paradise smoothie and both were so good! Everything tasted super fresh and flavorful. I sat outside which was really nice, and the owners couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful. Such a great spot in Glen Cove...I’ll definitely be coming back! 😊

The food was excellent, extremely fresh, many healthy options including warm bowls, and drinks. Hardest part is choosing, so many great options! Very friendly service by the owner! 100% recommend!

I had a bowl and the Green Paradise smoothie - both were absolutely delicious, super healthy, and so fresh. You can really taste the quality in every ingredient. The staff is warm and welcoming, and the wholesome, clean atmosphere makes it the perfect spot for a feel-good meal. So refreshing to have a place like this in Glen Cove - can’t wait to come back! 🌱💚
