Chicken does not taste like chicken - instead a funky texture that resembles that of tofu. Food is okay but something you would expect from a solid cafeteria. Place has potential as service is usually superb. A few adjustments can help.

I’ve been here over five times, and the food is fine, but the customer service is honestly embarrassing. The female staff always look annoyed, irritated, and like serving customers is an inconvenience. No greeting, no effort, no professionalism. As someone who’s worked in the restaurant industry, it’s clear the staff have either zero training or zero supervision. The attitude alone is enough to make people choose other places, and it’s why I stopped dining in completely, and stopped going. This place could be great, but the energy at the front counter is ruining it. Management needs to fix this ASAP, because it’s not just a ‘one bad day’ issue. It’s every single visit. & I am obviously not the only one expressing that here.
