Grins is a standout in Nashville's vegan scene, with reviewers consistently praising the incredible food and exceptional service. The chef's attention to detail and accommodating nature make it a must-visit for those with dietary restrictions. Reviewers rave about the delicious breakfast options, including the scramble and breakfast burrito. While the food is well worth the wait, reviewers note that dishes can take a while to be ready. Reservations are a good idea, especially on weekends, and be prepared for a potentially long wait time. Despite this, the experience is well worth it, and Grins is a top recommendation for anyone looking for a high-quality vegan meal in Nashville.

Excerpts

The food was incredible and the service even better! By far the best dining experience at Vanderbilt (and many of the other places are very good too). Such a delicious breakfast, highly recommend the scramble and breakfast burrito, and the chef even came out to serve us our food. Very impressed! Love that Vandy also has a place so accommodating to different dietary needs.

The food here is incredible. I’ve never had a bad dish here. Would recommend 100/100 times. They accommodate so many allergies. The chef is so kind and so talented. If you’re Kosher (or not) and you find yourself in Nashville… do yourself a favor and go to Grins.

Food here is quite tasty and I say that as someone who eats meat. Because I eat meat I don't come here every day but the food is good enough that I come back at least every week or two. It's nice that they have such a variety of sides that I barely ever see the same side twice. Food often takes a while to be ready, but it's worth the wait if you aren't in a hurry. No recycling bins anywhere inside, yet almost everything is served to you in a plastic container.
