Gurkhaas Grill and Bar Indian Restaurant

Me and the husband went here for lunch and were pleasantly surprised by how nice the restaurant was. I really wish we had worn something more dressy than track pants and tshirts. The food was absolutely amazing we tried chili paneer for the first time and it is now a family favorite! The portion was huge for an appetizer so we took some home and the kids tried and loved it. I had butter chicken it was rich and with deep warm spices that blended together amazingly. The staff was also super nice and answered my questions about the food. They have a mint sauce that I’d never tried before and I wanted to know what it was called the owner came out and spoke with us about how it and the chili paneer were made in-house, explaining how he gets the ingredients for them. I can’t wait to go back there were several other dishes I wanted to try. Oh and the cheese garlic naan was so good I shed a few tears 😂

Stop by today based on some photos I viewed on Facebook page and the buffet. It was delicious! They had an amazing vegetarian buffet and regular buffet. We got to meet one of the owners and he explained how they make everything fresh in the kitchen and you can even smell all the spices. Not to mention clean restrooms! My husband and I have had this place on our list for a while now and tonight we decided to give them a try. This place is super cute for a date night!! The food and service was A1. Everything came out hot and fresh and the owner even came at the end to thank us for trying his place out. We were so happy to try this place out bc nowadays it’s so hard to find a nice place with good food and service that’s reasonably priced. We ordered a mango lassi & lamb samosas for the appetizers. The mango lassi was a bit too creamy for my liking but it was good overall!! For our entrees we ordered the rack of lamb with potatoes and chicken tikka masala with rice. The food was full of flavor and had a great portion size as well!! Lastly the customer service was excellent!!! We will definitely be BACK!!!!
