I ordered a sushi roll, gyoza, and the spicy ramen bowl. The food was excellent both in flavor and presentation, and the service was friendly and prompt. My only critique is that the portion sizes felt a bit small for the price. At first, I thought my ramen didn’t have any meat since it was ground up and settled at the bottom of the bowl. Even after stirring, it wasn’t very noticeable. To their credit, the server went above and beyond and brought over some pork slices on the house to add into my soup, which I really appreciated. In fairness, I’m a bigger-than-average eater 😅 but even after spending nearly $50 with tip, I still left feeling hungry. Great service and delicious food overall, but I’d love to see slightly larger portions for the value.

So as restaurants go, this one was nothing special. I ordered a bowl of ramen and felt like there was very little meat for the bowl that was supposed to have the most. Flavors were good, just quantity was light. My 3 star means average, not bad, but nothing special. If it was cheaper, if they gave more food for the same price of did something different to set themselves apart, I think it would get more business. As it was, I wouldn't say avoid it by any stretch, but nothing to go out of your way for here. I did not try their sushi, mostly because I'm a big eater and a sushi/ramen place probably wasn't my best choice for quantity. I'd have needed to order 3 items to get the quantity to make me feel full and $40 is a little steep for me for one meal, especially here. If you're a light eater or on a diet, flavors are fine. If you're hungry, may not be your best spot.

Amazing authentic ramen joint. Loved everything I ordered (shoyu with extra toppings, chasu pork buns, and seaweed salad). Ramen wasn’t too salty like most places. It was perfectly balanced. Highly recommend!
