Flavor explosion and they had a smoky dark fish sauce in a deli ketchup bottle thing that was so good with the sandwich. It added even more umami and slight sweetness that complemented the sandwich well. Great portion size and will definitely be coming back for more.

This is a hidden gem in Castleton! They have a large variety of mochi donuts, drinks, and food items. I had an egg coffee and bao buns which were delicious! The staff was super friendly and helpful and the overall atmosphere was eclectic and inviting. I really enjoyed my visit and the food too. I'll definitely pop in whenever I'm in the area.
