Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

Ordered a chicken Pad Thai. Ive had several Pad Thai’s in my life and this was not good. It didn’t taste bad but it lack authenticity and it taste was weird. You need to improve its taste.

Happy Elephant Thai Cuisine – Elk Grove Village, IL Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. Although the restaurant advertises dine-in service, the dine-in facilities were closed when I arrived. Carry-out was not an option either, which left no way to order food. Clearer communication about service availability would greatly improve the customer experience.
