Tastey and great options. But they have so much trouble getting your order correct. The first time I ordered, I repeated my order twice, and the cashier said, "Oh, sorry. We'll get that corrected." And the order still came out wrong. They took it very seriously, and very kindly offered to comp my order after that happened, and gave me a free drink. I wouldn't have written this review.... but I went in the next day to get my free drink, ordered my burrito without the ingredient I'm allergic to... they kept out this ingredient, but they STILL got my order wrong. I had ordered chorizo but they gave me something else. I tried to be very nice and repeated my order a couple times. It was a little complicated, I admit, so hopefully you won't have this problem if you order straight off the menu. But if you go here, make sure they get your order correct.

I was the first customer waiting to order but the female server ignored me and took the 2nd customer after me to another order line. I had to rejoin the waiting line she made. I pointed my order on the menu; then she said she couldn't read it,,, Anyway, the whole order process was not friendly. I only ordered a burger ($11.75) and a medium-sized unsweetened ice cream, but she charged me $18. Such an expensive lunch on the UNM campus. As a new UNM employee, I was very surprised about this and had never had such pricy meals at any other universities or research institutes.
