The room wasn't as clean as I expected and the toilet was really wobbly in room 314. The water pressure in the shower was also lower than expected and the sheets had what appeared to be urine outlines in one area. These things took away from the overall experience, especially since this was my first time staying in the hotel. I expected better.

This casino used to be great and worth driving the diatance. The service is still great. The location is in the middle of hard to get there. I say used to, because they tightened up all the machines. Some in the high limit room they even more than doubled the house keep. Its ashame, everyone who works there is super friendly and rooms are nice. But now I see lots of people that used to go to Harlows at other casinos in Arkansas. Its ashame. I hope they figure it out.
