Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was disappointing enough that I feel people should know before visiting. The food was, at best, average. Nothing stood out, and several dishes lacked the depth of flavor and authenticity you would expect from a restaurant claiming to serve Indian cuisine. It felt heavily toned down and commercialized for people unfamiliar with real Indian food rather than representing authentic regional flavors and cooking styles. What made the experience even worse was the service. It was genuinely pathetic. Staff seemed uninterested, inattentive, and unorganized throughout the visit. We waited far too long for basic things, requests were ignored multiple times, and there was very little professionalism or hospitality. The overall atmosphere made us feel unwelcome rather than valued as customers. As someone familiar with authentic Indian cuisine, this place does not deliver a true Indian dining experience. The flavors felt watered down, the preparation lacked authenticity, and the entire experience came across as style over substance. There are far better places to spend your money if you are looking for genuine Indian food and decent customer service. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this restaurant and will not be returning.

Gobi Manchurian was good but Dosa, kadai paneer and naan was horrible. Literally we pay full bill and left without eating. Ambience was good.
