Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

My fiancé Derrick and I visited on his birthday, January 23, 2026, and from the moment we walked in, we were warmly welcomed. Mind you, this was actually his second time coming funny enough, the first visit happened because GPS accidentally brought him there, which turned out to be a blessing in disguise. For his birthday, he insisted that we come together, and I’m so glad we did. I was truly blown away by the entire experience. The atmosphere was beautiful and instantly felt like home. As I looked over the menu, I admired how thoughtfully and creatively it was put together especially how the chef/owner included beautiful food photos Into the menu which added such a meaningful and unique touch. Shortly after browsing the menu, we were attended to with exceptional care. The service was warm, attentive, and genuine, making us feel like valued guests rather than just customers. Every dish we ordered was full of flavor, beautifully presented, and clearly made with passion and pride. This place is more than just a restaurant it’s an experience. From the ambiance to the food to the hospitality, everything exceeded expectations. We will absolutely be returning and recommending this gem to everyone we know. Thank you for making Derrick’s birthday so special!

This was our first time dining here after hearing great things from friends. Reservations are definitely recommended—especially on weekends and often during the week as well unless you arrive very early. Overall, everything we ordered was good. The hot chicken eggs Benedict was flavorful, though we felt the hollandaise was a bit light. The lemon berry French toast leaned more toward a lemon spread rather than a stuffed preparation, which was different than we expected. We would have loved a bit more lemon curd, as it tasted more like classic brioche French toast with a light lemon topping. The chicken itself was seasoned perfectly with a great crisp. We ordered the level 3 (medium) heat, and while it had some kick, it seemed that higher heat levels are achieved more through added sauce than seasoning in the crust, which was a slight disappointment—we prefer the heat baked into the coating rather than added afterward. The atmosphere is cozy, friendly, and beautifully decorated to match the season. A special touch was the owner walking around to greet every table and ask if guests were celebrating anything—something you don’t see often and really appreciate. The tomato soup and grilled cheese are a must-try. We also loved that the menu includes plated photos of the dishes, and the presentation across the board was excellent—plating was easily a 5/5. We would absolutely return, and if this concept ever expanded into a brick-and-mortar or added dinner service, it would do very well.

Everything was delicious ! They had photos for everything on their menu and came out looking just as beautiful, if not more so. Everything was fresh and so tasty and thoughtfully designed. The people themselves make all the difference here too! The team was very accommodating and put so much attention to a food allergy in my party, even coming to our table twice after ordering to confirm a few things just to make sure she was safe. All this and the place had such a carefully curated homey pretty cute vibe. This will be a place to recommend whenever friends and family come to visit Houston. They make you feel welcomed home. Truly a rare place !
