Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

We loved our visit to Hash Kitchen! The Power Bowl & Avocado toast trio was our most favorite—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The presentation of both the food and drinks is beautiful and totally Instagram-worthy. Plus, the pet-friendly patio makes it an even better brunch spot. We’ll definitely be back!

First time here was Sunday 2/8/26. Starting with the gentleman hostess that seated me and my kiddo. Friendly, and funny. Great job “. Then Pierce can’t say the last time I was anywhere and have service like his! He gave the experience I always look for during dining. He was knowledgeable about the menu, took heed to my kiddo’s allergies, confirmed safe choices. He was friendly, checked on us without being overbearing. He made suggestions that were good! Gotta love a waiter that actually knows their restaurant. Honestly if the food wasn’t as good as it was I’d given them another shot based on Pierce’s service alone. Hopefully management sees this and he gets the shoutout he deserves! We chose the Birria Skillet absolutely delicious, and my kiddo loved the waffles.. mimosa flight definitely delicious with enough alcohol to not feel cheated lol.. Music selection was a variety of hits.. I’ll be back for sure!

My MIL wanted to bring us here while we are in town visiting her from Seattle. We got there around 11am and had to wait 10-15 minutes for a table. They seated us on the patio as we requested. The patio had heaters above us as she got cold even though it was a nice 74 degree day. We ordered our drinks and food and it didn’t seems like it took too long for it to come out. She got the Banana French toast and hubby and I got the Carnita hash. Everything looked and tasted good. Next time I may order the banana French toast as it looked amazing.
