Diners overwhelmingly call out the signature dish as the must-order. The vibe reads as vegan restaurant — service is consistently described as warm and unhurried. Common gotcha: queues form at peak times — go early or late.

Excerpts

Food: delicious! I love sushi, though! It didn't take long either. Service: top-notch. I never ran out of my drink. They were all polite and friendly. I never felt rushed or like I was a burden. Atmosphere: romantic. At the bar, there were a few tables that had more of a business vibe. I can't wait to return!

I used to visit Tegri Bistro in Fishers off of Olio Rd and was sad when I found out they closed, but was very happy when I found out that Hasuno opened and conveniently located down. Let’s start with price- yes it’s a little pricey. But I understand they are making up for the cost of the downtown location. Definitely a place to go on special occasions if your budget is not set up to splurge here. Would love to see a happy hour menu here so more people can try the food. Next is the quality of the food, which IMO, justifies the price. “Less is more” is so important when it comes to sushi rice. I love being able to get sushi and not feel so full because the minimally necessary amount of rice was used and doesn’t leave you full after one roll. All of the special rolls we liked in the following order. 1) Bonfire 2) Orange Blossom 3) Cherry Blossom 4) Trish 5) Emperor 6)Thursday The miso soup was perfect and priced at $3. The drinks and gyoza were good too, but not too special. I would definitely save my appetizer/beverage $ for the rolls. We ordered smoked salmon, hamachi, and scallop sashimi. Scallop was our favorite for the sashimi, but all were amazing. The star (and priciest) of our dinner we did not capture, but it was the Maduro Nigiri. The quality was very good and fatty, I thought it tasted like Hara-naka. Service was great. No wait. 10 out of 10 recommend.

The service, ambiance and the food were a complete excellent package❤️ The Shrimp Shumai is a nice appetiser. For sushi we ordered: cherry blossom, dynamite roll and spicy tuna. For fancy vibes, we ordered the volcano where the flambé sushi! A great experience indeed🫶🏻
